Upgrad - Associate/Senior Associate - Business Development (1-2 yrs)
Associate / Senior Associate Business Development Representative
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Do a thorough pre-qualification of every lead and prospect identified
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management system
- Utilize Zoho CRM to provide timely and accurate sales activity tracking and status updates
- Focusing on increasing the revenue and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
Candidates Profile :
- Any Graduate, 1-2 years experience as Business Development representative, Sales development representative or Inside sales
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Innovative and a Growth Mindset is a must
- Strong Internet research skills with excellent PC literacy [google sheets, doc, slides, PowerPoint
