Role: Account Manager, Placements
Location : Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Delhi
Position Type : Full Time
- Manage relationships with organizations across MUM/BLR/DEL/HYD/PUNE for placement of UpGrad alumni
- Organize online & offline placement drives and invite organizations to hire from our talented professional pool
- Organize marketing events and engagement opportunities with organizations to strengthen relationships with UpGrad
- Work closely with UpGrad's program teams to understand unique aspects of our alumni pool and convey to organizations
- Provide visibility to organizations about UpGrad's talent pool and success stories
- Provide organizations visibility into 2-3 quarters of skill pool funnel
- Manage a recruitment quota for region
Skillset
- Work experience of 3-4 years as a relationship manager / account manager for B-School OR Learning Management Org.
- Working relationships with organizations including HR & Recruitment managers
- Keeps up-to-date with new technological trends and products for careers & skill management
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
