Upekkha - Senior Graphic Designer (4-8 yrs)
Job Description : Marketing @Upekkha is looking for an innovative and highly motivated Sr Graphic Designer to own design, create a unique visual identity, ensure brand standardisation and act as a sounding board for Upekkha's SaaS startups.
About Upekkha : Upekkha is an accelerator and early-stage fund for SaaS startups. We help founders build a Value SaaS i.e. a capital-efficient business that creates great outcomes for all stakeholders - customers, employees, and investors. Over 4 years, Upekkha has accelerated 70+ startups; 6 of the first 10 have crossed USD 1mn in annual revenue profitably. Our investors include Freshworks CEO Girish Mathrubootham, G2 Crowd CEO Godard Abel, Grasshopper Founder David Hauser, Vymo CEO Yamini Bhat among others.
Role :
- Craft a unique visual identity
- Standardise design across external and internal channels
- Graphics across social media and blog
- Custom illustrations
- Design assets for video
- Case studies and slide decks
Skills required :
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Photoshop. Adobe Illustrator
- Translating concepts to thought-provoking visuals
- Prior experience in creating design identity for brands
- Prior experience in ad agency a plus
- High ownership and collaboration skills
- Flexibility and ability to take feedback
