Update GeoTarget - Team Leader - Customer Support (4-6 yrs)
Update Advertising is India's only Geotargeting Campaign Management Platform for Audio Visual advertising in India, offering bespoke narrowcasting solutions for Advertiser's basis geo-location and psychographic personas.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing complete customer support team for vendor relations PAN India for all languages.
- Collecting required on-ground analysis reports of television channels to marketing and sales team for sales pitch.
- Giving advertisement plans and channel allocation reports to the marketing team.
- Solving vendor queries for advertisements, payments and billings, creatives, or technical queries.
- Monitor and track logs report of channels for release shared of advertising.
- PAN India local channels data and vendor details for advertisement.
- Submitting monthly advertisement reports.
- Track and monitor competitors' advertisements running in the market to validate the company's performance and manage MIS.
- Maintenance channel's product compatibility for each product and market.
- Compile the follow-up status of vendors/channels for the given business and make sure channels complete the given activity on the mentioned time frames.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- At least a BBA or an equivalent degree preferably MBA
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
- Sound analytical thinking / high attention to detail with a focus on research across various platforms
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle a variety of tasks (time management skills are important)
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.
- High level of personal motivation, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Must be comfortable managing a team and working independently as well.
- Min. 4 years experience in managing a Call Center Team.
