Uolo - Inside Sales Role (1-4 yrs)
Uolo is looking for an Inside Sales Representative who will be responsible for advancing the sales process, closing new business.

Requirements :
- Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all-day
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Any degree in any field
- Fluent in English and Hindi is a must
- Working knowledge of Tamil, Kannada, Telugu is a plus
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel)
Responsibilities :
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Handle regular business process improvements and updates
- Maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
- Devise B2B (business to business) integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers
Compensation :
- Based on the performance, the salary will be incremented.
