Location : Gurgaon
Role : Key Account Manager
Experience : 6-8 years of proven work experience in sales management, key account management, or relevant experience
Education : Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field; Master's degree preferred
Responsibilities :
Diligently handling a dedicated portfolio of key accounts to :
- Build a complete understanding of client's needs and expectations
- Develop a long-term and trusting relationship with key stakeholders
- Resolving client's key issues and complaints
- Managing communication between client and internal stakeholders
- Staying on top of client's needs, vision, IT roadmap and any anticipated deviations
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the account, their business, and key stakeholders
- Improving per account revenue by effective up-selling and cross-selling
- Grab a higher share of client's annual IT spend by pitching relevant services and broadening their required product portfolio base
- Track delivery timelines and quality to ensure the highest quality of deliverables are being produced on time
- Presenting reports to senior management on account progress, goals and quarterly initiatives
Requirements :
- Goal-oriented, organized team player able to manage conflict
- Able to mentor, encourage and lead a team
- Self-motivated and self-driven
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
- Ability to analyze data and sales statistics and translate them into better strategy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superior MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong negotiation skills, with ability to follow-through on client contracts
- Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
