Uno Finance - Assitant Vice President - Sales (5-10 yrs)
Summary :
- We are looking for experienced professional who can handle our operations team of dynamic individuals. Selected candidates will be responsible for driving overall sales with high customer orientation. This shall include building team for pan Delhi NCR sales expansion of loan products across partner network.
- They shall be required to design and drive system processes and procedures to ensure high quality, fast growing and effective sales and building out processes which can scale across multiple cities through a team of highly motivated and committed manpower.
Key Duties & Responsibilities :
- Build out of team for pan Delhi NCR sales expansion (from a current ~100 manpower to 200+ manpower in the subsequent 6 months)
- Design and operate robust processes for effective and fast-growing sales expansion and customer satisfaction
- Implementing strategies to enhance market penetration and business volumes through the network (fast growing from current 1000+ providers to the expected 3000+ providers)
- Managing end-to-end sales lifecycle - origination, fulfilment (offline as well online channels with deep customer insights)
- Building and supporting monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Build, manage efficient provider network management and customer fulfilment
- Analyze and prepare for periodic updates to the management
Knowledge & Skills :
- People management: Build and manage large teams effectively
- Collaboration: Able to build morale and group commitments to the goals and objectives
- Analytical and problem solving approach: Proactive and practical solutions to problems
- Excellent organization and communication skills
Education & Experience :
- Preferred: 5+ years sales experience / 3+ years of supervisory and leadership experience and relevant loans/other financial products experience
- Detailed knowledge/understanding of financial services/products especially loans
- Preferred: MBA with reputed college (IIM/ISB/XLRI/other Top Tier)
