Uno Finance - Assistant Manager - Sales (4-7 yrs)
We are looking for a Candidate who will be responsible for driving overall sales with high customer orientation. This shall include building a team for sales in 1000+ hospitals & clinics across Delhi NCR. Shall require to design and drive system processes and procedures to ensure high quality, fast growing and effective sales and building out processes which can scale across multiple cities through a team of highly motivated and committed manpower.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepares new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales process
- Implementing strategies to enhance market penetration and business volumes through 1000+ hospitals & clinics
- Managing end-to-end sales lifecycle - origination, fulfillment (offline as well online channels with deep customer insights)
- Building and supporting monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Maintains the highest level of confidentiality with all information obtained
- Analyze and prepare for periodic updates to the management
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Preferably from Pharma/Hospital Sales background
- People management: Build and manage large teams effectively
- Experience of 7 + years in Pharma/Hospital sales
- Collaboration: Able to build morale and group commitments to the goals and objectives
- Analytical and problem solving approach: Proactive and practical solutions to problems
- Excellent organization and communication skills
SCHEDULE and COMPENSATION:
- Schedule: 6 days a week
Compensation: Flexible; to be discussed in due course
