Job Summary
Counseling Students and parents about our course Champion entire student cycle: Prospecting, Counseling, Admission, Orientation, Support, Satisfaction, Retention and Productive Output Interaction with students and parents on routine basis Clarifying of doubts of students and parents Managing fee structure & fee software of different programs Monitor class schedules to ensure smooth running of classes. Coordinate with other centres in the region Liaison with Head Officer for upcoming programs, admission tests, schemes and other offers Handling assigned administrative responsibilities
Responsibilities and Duties
- Handling all the enquiries (Walkins as well as Talk-ins)
- Able to do data calling as and when required.
- Keeping a track of their own follow-ups.
- Daily status of talk-in / walk-in and their eventual conversions to be maintained and sent to the Team Leader
- Converting prospects into Admissions.
- Resolving candidate queries relating to course offered.
- Willingness to grow within the segment & lead in future
- Maintaining day to day reports as required.
- Should follow the overall decorum of the front office
- Knowledge of all Courses and the whole admission cycle.
- Self-motivation to work under pressure.
- Should follow Ethical work practices.
- Should be aware of all the trends of entrance exams (Medical, Engg. NTSE, KVPY, Olympiad Etc.)
- Coordination with the team and other departments should be there to prevail in harmony among all.

- Ready to learn and initiate.
- Encourage team spirit and emotional binding for the company amongst all the other team members.
- Relationship with schools and correlation to our business goals and positive achievement of the same by the promotion of our schemes/Courses/tests and Tracking feedback of schools, principals, etc.
- Responsible for achieving Student Enrollment targets in the assigned Centre.
- Develop marketing plans to achieve the target in different programs based on local conditions.
- Identifying new market for various existing/new programs.
- Establish relationship with schools and educational institutions.
- Confident, Patience.
- Flexibility and Team Player.
- Highly organized and mature with respect to human relationships and can get the job done.
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
- Result oriented.
