Job Summary:

- Customer Service: Attending calls to support customer queries with quality pictures to enhance their shopping experience.

- Product Knowledge: Understand the nicety of perishable items like plants and communicate any necessary care instructions or changes over time.

- Order Processing: Go beyond just converting orders; manage the complete process including order processing and last-mile delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

- Education: 12th pass or graduate

- Experience: 6 months to 1 year experience in customer service.

- Demonstrated ability to work hard and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
