Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Corporate Business Development Executive with 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with corporate clients, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential corporate clients through research and networking.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
- Strategize & execute ways to increase sales numbers.
- Present and pitch our products/services to corporate clients, effectively communicating value propositions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in business development, sales, B2B sales, or a related field.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of corporate sales processes and client relationship management.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
- Keen interest in plants & greenery.
