Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Associate with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a knack for creating engaging content, and the ability to produce compelling videos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute social media campaigns across platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram.
- Develop marketing strategies for drawing out sales through social media & other platforms.
- Create and edit engaging video content for social media, tailored to various platforms.
- Develop and schedule posts that drive brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
- Monitor social media trends, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage online communities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with overall brand messaging.
- Plan & execute workshops & gardening events at the office location.
Qualifications:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media marketing.
- Proven experience in creating and editing videos.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
- Keen interest in plants & greenery.
