The role is responsible for counselling student over call/ Email/Chat about the various Online Program offered by University18 offer and convert leads into admissions and generate revenue.
Job description:
- Contacting pre-generated leads (domestic & international) through telephone calls, emails and chat
- Understand prospective students background, aspiration and eligibility.
- Counsel them on online learning programs offered by University18.
- Convert leads into admissions & achieve monthly revenue Target
- Making various sales related reports
Experience required:
- 1-4 years of experience as Counsellors/ Inside sales/tele-caller/ Outbound sales
- Fresher with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Qualification:
- Any graduation/ Post graduation
