University of Petroleum & Energy Studies - Associate Director - Sales (10-15 yrs)
- Achieve program wise leads, applications and admissions in UPES arrived at after mutual discussions and assessment of the region's potential
- Have to manage the assigned team and their territory sales functions, targets and overall sales processes.
- Building relationships with Schools, Colleges and Coaching Centers, local as well as outstation, for promoting UPES programs - set up presentations, counseling sessions and collect targeted number of students leads
- Manage enquiries - Counsel Walk-ins, telephonic and online enquires
- Follow up database through emails, calling for conversion to applications
- Represent UPES at careers fairs in the assigned geography
- Maintaining Sales MIS, Stock MIS, Students database, Schools and Colleges database
- Engage with students on social media platforms. Contribute to building UPES presence in social media. Track discussions relevant to promoting UPES programs on various forums
- Oversee execution of admissions process related initiatives planned in the region - Group Discussions, Interviews, results processing, results declaration, admissions follow up.
- Support back-end operations - Competitive analysis, students- records, admissions process. Effective liaisoning with other departments in the university.
- Organise Open Events on various subjects related with programs.
- Area of operations will cover the region assigned.
