University Living - Associate - Inside Sales (1-4 yrs)
Job Location : Noida (on-site)
Work Experience :
- Relevant experience 1-4 years (international experience preferred)
- Sales experience preferred
Key Responsibilities :
- Connecting with students internationally; assisting them with their queries
- Understanding key requirements of the students and providing End-to-End support
- Building Rapport with clients through friendly, engaging communication.
- Lead generation initiatives to convert them to bookings
- Using various social media platforms for communicating/networking
- Following up with students for any assistance required as part of the association
Soft Skills :
- Must have good communication skills in English
- Good Convincing & Negotiation Skills
- Adaptability to new and evolving processes
- Solution-oriented
- Team Player
