Required Skills :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Psychology or minimum 4/5 years of experience in related fields
- Past experience of working with Schools
- Past experience in career counselling is a plus
- Past experience of conducting workshops is a must
- Ability to pitch concepts and ideas articulately and effectively
- Attitude to learn and keep oneself continuously updated
- Extremely detail-oriented and a master multi-tasker
- Ability to manage the crowd and continuously improve the workshop delivery process
- Ability to travel extensively
- Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in Career Counseling and Best practices in Indian Education
- Proficient in MS Office
- Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills
- Organizational and time management abilities
- Critical thinking and decision making
Job description :
- Conduct workshops for parents, teachers and educators across top schools in the country
- Ability to meet with and pitch to key influencers and decision makers in schools
- Ensure achievement of spot conversion targets for each workshop
- Transferring highly qualified leads from the workshops to relevant sales teams
- Prepare educational material for the workshops such as module summaries, debriefs
- Manage workshop budgets and be accountable for the ROI for each workshop
