Required skills :
- Masters degree in Psychology with a minimum 3-4 years of experience in Career Counseling
- Prior experience of workshop module creation and delivery
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to pitch concepts and ideas articulately and effectively
- Attitude to learn and keep oneself continuously updated
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Service Orientation
- Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in Career Counseling and Best practices in Indian Education
- Proficient in MS Office (esp. Powerpoint); e-learning software is an asset
- Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills
- Organizational and time management abilities
- Critical thinking and decision making
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Managing and monitoring end to end delivery of the Program in schools
- Ensuring timely delivery of reports to clients
- Conducting Orientation and intervention Sessions in client schools
- Conducting Training workshops in Prospect Schools
- Sharing client feedback and own insights for Course Updates
- Gather positive client testimonials that could feed into the marketing campaigns
