Univariety - Senior Executive/Executive - Telesales (1-4 yrs)
Core Deliverable's :
This role will be primarily responsible for revenue generation from outreach, engagement and on boarding of Schools for one of our flagship school awards initiative.
As part of the role, you will be :
- Engaging with school managements to discuss in detail benefits of school awards/recognition and convincing them to participate
- Formulating and strategizing school outreach campaigns that are call based, email based and physical meeting requests
- Engaging with school throughout the year for multiple services provided by the company
The role will involve utilizing various channels to reach out to customers. Measurements will be based on outreach, participation and revenue generated.
Responsibilities :
- Formulate and execute outreach and engagement strategy based on data analysis
- Handle engagement with management of various education institutions and ensuring sales
- Strategize partnerships with organizations having synergies with the initiative
Minimum Qualifications :
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills to be able to create impactful messaging
- Strong references from the past employers
Educational & Experience qualifications :
- Any graduate
- Multiple short stints in past roles is a negative
