Univariety - Senior Executive - Customer Service (2-4 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Candidate will work with senior school students who are currently perusing UG/PG or have completed UG/PG or Working.
- This role will involve interacting with students and parents, hence making it important for the candidate to have experience in calling.
- Engaging with students to ensure accurate data is and work towards achieving teams target.
Knowledge, Skills Required :
- 1-2 years of calling experience or a fresher with good Communication skills can also be considered.
- Strong telephonic etiquette with previous customer service experience is a good plus.
- Fluent in MS office, especially data entry in excel.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Should possess strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
