Univariety - Product Marketing Specialist (1-4 yrs)
- Bachelors & Degree or global equivalent in Computer Science or Business Management.
- Strong command over Excel or Google sheets to conduct data analysis and derive insights.
- The ability to visualize and create flow charts, basic wireframes, and prototypes to collaborate with the engineering and design teams is a must.
- The ability to design and execute A/B testing for user-centered decision-making will be an added advantage.
- Hands-on working knowledge with at least one customer engagement platform like CleverTap/MoEngage/WebEngage/NetCore Smartech etc.
- Basic working knowledge of at least one web/mobile app analytics platform like Mix panel/Amplitude/Google Analytics/Hotjar etc.
- Basic working knowledge of running or tracking marketing campaigns with at least one cloud-based CRM Platform like Marketo/Hubspot/Leadsquared etc
- Basic understanding of WhatsApp business account management, API integration, and template management process
- Basic understanding of SDLC and delivery using agile practices.
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytics skills and ability to generate stories from data.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- You will shadow Product Managers and Sr Product Managers who lead all product development and product management efforts across the firm. Once fully acquainted with all the aspects of product management, a Product Marketing Analyst at Univariety can also get promoted as Associate Product Manager or Product Manager Roles in the future.
- Partner with Product Managers to define and track product success metrics
- Implement and maintain product usage tracking mechanism and integrate with 3rd party
- MarTech and Analytics tools in coordination with the engineering team.
- Drive product training and demos for sales and customer success teams for a new feature launch.
- Assist the marketing team in defining and being involved in the Go-to-Market strategy for Product Launches.
- Lead efforts to increase product usage and adoption among users, post-product launch.
- Conduct competitor analysis, competitive landscape, and benchmarking.
- Analyse and acquire a deep understanding of features/ user behavior/ metric trends through data and share actionable and valuable insights with the team to drive product decisions
- Work cross-functionally to compile and communicate key insights, identify product Opportunities, and offer recommendations to leadership.
