Univariety - Manager/Senior Manager - Digital Marketing (5-9 yrs)

Location: Hyderabad.

- We are looking for a qualified Manager/ Senior Manager for Digital marketing to take the lead in developing and executing successful, long-term digital marketing strategies for our company.

- As the lead, you should have in-depth marketing experience and a passion for digital technologies. You will work closely with different teams to ensure consistency through all digital marketing channels. You should also provide forward-thinking ideas to build and maintain a strong company web presence. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You will work with the marketing team and supporting teams to launch campaigns on time and on budget. Ultimately, you should be able to drive all digital marketing efforts to achieve our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Strengthen and evolve our digital marketing roadmap for every product and the company, overall

- Create and implement lead generation campaigns (paid and organic) for relevant TG to meet lead and revenue targets for all company products and services

- Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails and social media) to ensure brand consistency and inbound lead flow

- Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare budget

- Run and develop specific conversion driven campaigns to maximize customer interaction

- Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics

- Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment

- Liaise with Product, Design and Sales teams to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies

- Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out

- Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments

- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Skills:

- Proven work experience in Digital marketing

- Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns

- Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function

- Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices

- Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software

- Familiarity with web design

- Excellent analytical and project management skills

- Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills

- Ability to adapt to a fast- paced changing environment.

- Team Player with the ability to coordinate across functions and levels

Qualification - MBA (Marketing) with atleast 5 years experience.
