Job Description:
1. Develop and manage key Marketing Channels to promote University Events to relevant target audience (Grade 11 & 12 Students & Parents). Planning and delivering cross-channel marketing campaigns in line with event objectives.
2. Analyzing competitive landscape, student recruitment trends and preparing strategic marketing plans. Making data driven choices to find new opportunities for online engagement for B2B and B2C target audiences.
3. Manage online and offline events such as Webinars, Fairs and One on One Sessions along with Account Managers from University Management Team. Conceptualize, plan and execute from pre event strategy to post event communications. End to end management of the annual event calendar.
4. Delivering regular internal performance reports, including marketing analytics and business intelligence. Drive Registration and Attendance numbers for University events.
5. Vendor management - ensuring smooth operational flow of events by coordinating with vendors to ensure high client satisfaction.
6. Coordinate with internal teams - School Management, Content, Digital Marketing, Admission Consulting and Technology Teams to ensure marketing for captive audiences is running efficiently.
Recommended Qualifications:
1. Experience of planning and driving Digital Marketing Campaigns. Email marketing, Social Media Remarketing, Search & Display Ads. Excellent Oral & Written Communication Skills.
2. Minimum 3+ years experience in event management is preferred but not mandatory.
3. Experience of coordinating and working with multiple teams. Edtech or High education Industry experience is preferred.
4. Robust knowledge of analytical tools and proven experience in collecting and interpreting digital marketing data to drive decisions.
5. Familiarity with online event platforms like Zoom, Webinarjam etc.
