Job description for Customer Success Executive:
- Manage all communication within the company and with clients to ensure clear and effective interactions.
- Coordinate and organize client meetings, events, webinars, and sessions to enhance engagement and communication.
- Adhere to the company's style guide, ensuring that we produce a high-quality and error-free copy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key partners, ensuring effective collaboration and satisfaction.
- Handle multiple client queries through phone, chat, or email, providing timely and helpful responses.
- Develop positive customer relationships through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and enhance their overall experience.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate/Master's with 0 to 2 years of exp with good communication skills or someone with an experience in coordination roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills specialist.
- Good at MS Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Fresher from Tier 2 college OR experience in dealing with B2B/B2C clients for about 1 to 2 years.
- Female Candidates are preferred.
