Alumni Engagement Associate
1. Interacting with Alumni or their parents and schedule interviews.
2. Engaging with Alumni to ensure interviews are conducted on the scheduled date.
3. Coordinate with the editing team to get the interviews edited and uploaded on YouTube.
4. Update the interviews on the school's portal as per the guidelines.
Required Skills:
1. 1 - 2 years of calling experience.
2. Strong telephonic etiquette with previous customer service experience is a big plus.
3. Comfortable with MS-Office. Specially Excel.
4. Good interpersonal & Communication skills.
