Role & responsibilities :

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with our key customers.

- Maintain transparent communication with various departments.

- Compile reports for the top management.

- Conduct market research and tailor solutions to customer needs.

- Act as the main point of contact between external vendors and key customers.

- Address and resolve key customer issues effectively.

- Renewal, Retention,Cross selling,Upselling.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Minimum of 5 years experience in key accounts management /Customer uccess/Client servicing roles.

- Result-driven, action-focused, and a can-do attitude

- Ability to work in teams and independently with minimum guidance.

- Proficient in all MS Office Applications and CRM software.
