Univariety - Assistant Manager - Customer Service - Alumni Data Collection Vertical (4-5 yrs)
- Hiring, training, coaching, and leading representatives.
- Answering representative's questions, guiding them through difficult calls or issues, diffusing angry Calls, or handling issues that cannot be fielded by representatives.
- Assisting other management team members in identifying trends and establishing goals.
- Ensuring the team is achieving desired service levels and taking corrective action, as needed.
- Preparing reports and analyzing data to improve processes, ensure resources are properly allocated, and maximize efficiency.
- Should be able to prepare and conduct weekly QC and submit a performance report of each team member.
Skills Required:
