Job Description:
- Taking care of above product to get the business generated above mentioned product
- Achieve number and value target of given branches as well target of number and value of out of given branch.
- Liaoning with Branch Manager of given branches to achievement number v/s target on weekly basis
- Liaoning with Personal Banker Authorizer to get the Account forms dispatched in proper time without any delay and liaison with them if any discrepancy
- Take meeting of team member on weekly basis and explain the target vs achievement on team member wise
- Make strategy on daily/weekly basis and provide guidance to team members for working areas etc
- Liaoning with processing coordinator and make MIS on time
