UniText - Digital Marketing Specialist (3-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and execute digital marketing strategy and help achieve business goals.
2. Clearly understand and implement all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, affiliate marketing, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
3. Should be able to write good quality content for social media, blogs and websites.
4. Drive quality traffic to website. Analyse traffic, leverage content to drive engagement and increase conversion rates.
5. Identify relevant metrics, set goals, measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
6. Evaluate new digital technologies and optimize marketing campaigns.
7. Design, build, manage and maintain all popular social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter etc) to drive engagement, lead generation and responses.
8. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end- to- end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Basic Qualifications and Skills
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing or related field, with at least 3 years experience in related fields.
2. Proven work experience in digital marketing.
3. Proven experience in social media marketing.
4. Expert knowledge of Email Marketing.
5. Demonstrable work experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and / or display advertising campaigns.
6. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools, google analytics, etc.
7. Strong analytical skills and data driven thinking.
8. Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
9.Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
10 Quick learner and adaptable to new trends
11 Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns
12 Excellent knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices.
13 Knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics etc.)
14 Ability to make sense and thrive in unstructured environments.
15 Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
16 Strong communication skills.
