Job Summary

Key Skills:

1.Should have working experience of 1 years - 1.5 years on Bidding portals like Upwork Freelancer, Guru and PPH, social sites and other business portals.

2.Candidate should be well conversed in English with good writing and understanding skill to work in overseas projects.

3.Candidate should have proven experience and excellent track record with medium and large size projects and Efficient in closing projects.

4.Should be above to achieve revenue targets for web development.

5.Managing client relationships, as well as developing new business from clients and handling complete end to end sales cycle right from negotiation to closure.

6.Should have experience of dealing with foreign countries.

7.Must be proficient in Proposal Writing.

8.Highly effective in sales communications and have ability to convince clients.

9.Ability to forecast potential sales and Build client relationships and upsell services to existing clients.

10.One point contact between Client & Project Manager.

11.Overall understanding about website design, development and graphics work as well as mobile technologies. Experienced in working with different bidding site as Elance, Freelancer, Script Lance, ODesk, Guru etc.

12.Ready to work with monthly target.

13.Well conversed and experienced in proposal writing and handling RFPs efficiently.

14.Candidate should have very good knowledge about using all wordpress plugins and features.

15.Candidate should be self-dependent and should be able to complete the given task without taking anybody's help.

16.Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines

17.Excellent attention to detail. Must have Knowledge about project timing.

Responsibilities and Duties

Job Responsibility:

a) Online bidding though Elance and other Bidding sites.

b) Project Analysis documentation.

c) Responding to RFIs / RFQs to various client requests.

d) Creating a comprehensive proposal detailing, estimates, milestones etc.e) Client communication.

f) Business and Revenue generation.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Requirements:

1. Proven working experience in related field

2. Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability

3. Fluency in English

4. BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations. Candidate should have worked in the relevant field.
