Job Profile :


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven SaaS/IT Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the SaaS/IT industry.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead Generation & Prospecting :

- Identify and research potential clients and market segments.

- Develop and execute effective strategies for lead generation.

- Utilize various channels (cold calling, email, social media, networking) to reach out to prospects.

Sales & Pipeline Management :

- Conduct thorough needs analysis and product demonstrations.

- Develop and manage a sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales opportunities.

- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Relationship Building :

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Act as the main point of contact for new and existing clients.

Market Analysis :

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape.

- Provide feedback to the product development team regarding client needs and market trends.

- Identify opportunities for growth and new business ventures.

Negotiation & Closing :

- Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to potential clients.

- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to close deals.

- Ensure smooth transition of new clients to the account management team.

Collaboration & Reporting :

- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and results to senior management.

- Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the SaaS/IT/SOFTWARE industry.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong understanding of SaaS/IT business models and sales cycles.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Familiarity with various SaaS/ERP/CLOUD BASED Software products and services.

- Technical background or understanding of software development processes.
