Unit Sales Officer - BFSI (1-10 yrs)
We are looking for an enthusiastic Unit Sales Officer to boost life insurance sales via field operations and team building. This role entails recruiting, training, and overseeing a team of agents to reach sales goals while providing outstanding customer service.
Roles and responsibilities :
- Locate, onboard, and mentor insurance agents.
- Promote business growth by reaching monthly and annual sales objectives.
- Equip agents with product knowledge and sales training to increase their productivity.
- Inspire and support agents to elevate their performance and widen their customer reach.
- Engage potential clients through direct sales and referral methods.
- Sustain strong connections with agents and customers to ensure enduring success.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related area (MBA preferred).
- At least 2 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 6 months in a management capacity within the insurance field.
- Strong skills in analysis, communication, and leadership.
- Salary potential of up to 4 LPA, plus incentives and benefits.
- A motorcycle and a valid driving license are required.
