Unit Sales Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Duties and Positions :
- Obtaining business from the market by sourcing and maintaining channels
- Reducing delinquency and rejection to provide a quality portfolio
- Deep familiarity with the resources, merchandise, business practices, and market trends of retail recognizing shifting market trends, creating new channels for business acquisition, and offering top-notch customer support
- Suggest changes to procedures and guidelines within the retail banking industry in order to promote high-quality customer service and operational efficiency.
- Maintaining connections with current clients while seeing and pursuing new business prospects
- Analyze and analyze the market to find trends and expansion prospects.
- Develop persuasive sales materials and presentations in conjunction with the marketing team.
- Utilizing Microsoft Excel and additional sales tools, oversee the sales pipeline and monitor advancement.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
