Unit Sales Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Positions and Obligations:
- Develop and preserve a close rapport with customers, getting to know their wants and needs in order to offer tailored assistance.
- Keep up to date on the materials, craftsmanship, and brand history of luxury goods in order to properly explain their characteristics and advantages to clients.
- Use upselling, cross-selling, and consultative selling as well as other sophisticated sales strategies designed for affluent customers.
- Ascertain that the sales floor is aesthetically pleasing, well-maintained, and accurately represents the brand's upscale reputation.
- In order to maximize product availability, help manage inventory levels by refilling and monitoring sales patterns.
- Maintain contact with customers after a transaction to make sure they are satisfied and to promote repeat business.
- Professionally address consumer concerns and complaints to uphold the brand's stellar reputation.
- Maintain a current awareness of industry trends and rivalry to spot openings for expansion and innovation.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
