Role Overview :

As a Unit Sales Manager, you will spearhead sales initiatives, manage a team of sales agents, and cultivate strong client relationships to drive growth in Jabalpur.

Responsibilities :

- Team Leadership : Inspire and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve their targets.

- Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the local market.

- Client Relationship Management : Build and nurture relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.

- Training and Development : Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;

- Experience : 1+ years in sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

- Proven success in achieving sales goals.

Compensation :

- CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Additional Benefits.
