Unit Sales Manager - Pharma (2-5 yrs)
Functions and Accountabilities :
- Create and put into practice sales tactics to meet sales goals.
- Oversee and cultivate connections with current and future clients.
- Track and evaluate client feedback and sales performance.
- Generate and distribute sales reports.
- Deliver top-notch customer support by phone, email, and chat.
- As soon as a customer contacts you, identify and fix any problems, and escalate them if needed.
- Respond to client complaints professionally and empathetically, coming up with workable solutions to guarantee client happiness.
- Keep up on developments in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Create and preserve a productive sales network
- Seek out chances to cross- or upsell current clients on additional goods and services.
- Provide support for the creation and enhancement of operations and sales processes and procedures.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
