Unit Sales Manager - Life Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Functions and Accountabilities :
- Make sales over the phone to advertise life insurance
- Establish and preserve a solid rapport with possible clients
- Find and seize fresh chances for sales
- Achieve and surpass monthly sales goals.
- Work together with the sales team to maximise sales tactics and procedures.
- Deliver great customer service to guarantee that every customer has a great experience.
- Finding new sales prospects and reaching out to them through cold phoning, emailing, and networking events.
- Generating quarterly sales reports that include key objectives, trends, and highlights; evaluating data to enhance sales strategy throughout the funnel.
- Evaluating leads produced by the marketing department and creating a prospect's down-funnel path for each.
- Setting up and participating in discovery calls, delivering product demonstrations, contacting previous customers, gathering feedback.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
