Unit Sales Manager - Life Insurance (2-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :
- Recruit and train agents : You will be responsible for identifying potential agents, recruiting them, and providing them with the necessary training to sell life insurance policies.
- Manage the team : You will be responsible for managing the team of agents and ensuring that they are meeting their sales targets.
- Develop marketing strategies : You will be required to develop marketing strategies to promote life insurance policies and increase sales.
- Provide customer service : You will be responsible for providing customer service to clients, addressing their queries and concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain records : You will be required to maintain records of sales, commissions, and other relevant information.
- Ensure compliance : You will be required to ensure that all agents comply with the company's policies and regulations
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing of Minimum 2 Years
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strategic thinker with great analytical skills
