Unit Sales Manager - Life Insurance (2-4 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Use strong arguments to present, market, and close deals with current and potential clients.

- Analyze current and potential clients' wants and costs in order to satisfy them.

- In order to increase customer satisfaction, resolving issues and complaints as soon as possible

- Organize sales activities in collaboration with colleagues and other departments.

- Analyze the potential of the territory and markets, monitor sales, and obtain status reports.

- Endowment plans that offer significant savings and insurance against life hazards.

- Pension plans that will pay out on a regular basis and cover life risks

- Mutual funds and life insurance are provided by investment plans like ULIPs.

- A terms plan that offers life insurance at a low cost

- Health plans that will pay for both life insurance and hospital costs

- Create, nurture, and uphold a positive corporate environment

Candidates Requirements :

- Graduation is mandatory

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
