Unit Sales Manager - Life Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to promote and sell life insurance
- Meet sales targets and achieve business objectives by actively prospecting, identifying customer needs, and providing suitable insurance solutions.
- Provide accurate information about insurance policies, terms, and conditions to clients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the coverage and benefits.
- Conduct presentations and meetings with clients to explain the features and advantages of various life insurance products.
- Assess client profiles and financial situations to recommend appropriate insurance coverage and customize insurance plans to meet individual needs.
- Build a strong network of insurance agents by recruiting, training, and mentoring new agents, and assisting them in achieving their sales targets.
- Continuously update knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing of Minimum 2 Years
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strategic thinker with great analytical skills
