Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (3-5 yrs)
- Venturing out day by day to go on deals calls to meet with clients and offer different monetary answers for them

- Develop various sources of agent hiring and build a team of Agents
- Ensure product knowledge by Life Insurance ways of training
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans
- Ensure quality advisors are being recruited & developed
Candidate Requirement:
- Qualification: Any graduate
- Experience: Min 2-4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing fieldwork
- CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA+ Incentives+ Other Benefits
