Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (3-4 yrs)
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
- Check insurance claims to solidify trust and safeguard the reputation
- Advise clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
- Arrange sales meetings with clients and a close call
- Research and source potential clients and build long-term relationships with them
- Seek out leads and new clients.
- Advise clients on retirement planning, and estate planning, and also provide assistance in setting up pension plans for businesses.
Candidate Requirement :
- Qualification : Any graduate
- Experience : Min 2-4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing fieldwork
- CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA+ Incentives+ Other Benefits
- The candidate must be local to the same city
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Presentation Skills
