Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (3-3 yrs)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly driven and goal-oriented Unit Sales Manager to join our team in Kalyan Nagar. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of field sales experience, with a minimum of 1 year in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- To propel corporate expansion, assemble, develop, and oversee a group of sales executives and agents.
- To reach goals and increase income, create and implement sales strategy.
- Through networking, field sales, and referrals, find and gain new clients.
- Create and preserve a solid rapport with stakeholders, partners, and customers.
- Analyze trends, keep an eye on sales performance, and take remedial action when necessary.
- Provide the sales staff with frequent coaching, motivational, and training sessions.
- Verify adherence to business rules, industry standards, and moral sales techniques.
- Send top management sales reports and insights on schedule.
- Work together with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
Candidate Profile:
- Three years or more of field sales experience, with at least one year spent in BFSI sales.
Demonstrated ability to reach and surpass sales goals.
- Strong team management, motivational, and leadership abilities.
- Outstanding interpersonal, negotiating, and communication skills.
- The capacity to create and carry out successful sales tactics.
- Competence with the Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for business development within Kalyan Nagar and the nearby areas.
