Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (3-3 yrs)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Sale of Insurance Products through team of Agents
- Achieve Sales Target through team
- Ability to manage all the business parameters
Agent management - Recruitment of new agents, Activation & Premium Generation
- Agents' engagement, motivation & productivity & forging strong relationship
- Constantly inducting new agents and making them productive
- Drive incentive schemes to increase the income of agents
- Supporting agents in business process & agents
- Achieve premium targets
Skills Required:
- Good Communication - Hindi, English & Local Language
- Go getter with flare for sales
- Willing to travel & work hard
- Extrovert with zeal to meet new people and build new relationships
