The Unit Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets in a designated territory or unit. This role involves overseeing day-to-day sales operations, training the team, and ensuring effective execution of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the assigned unit.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing feedback and corrective actions where needed.

- Build strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.

- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align on promotional activities.

- Conduct regular market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.

Key Skills & Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a leadership role.

- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

- Analytical mind-set with the ability to track and report sales data.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Experience: 1-5 years in Sales or Team Management

Education: Minimum Graduate degree
