- Building a team of life Advisors/Agents through your own references. Continuously train & motivating the team to drive Life insurance sales. Advisors can get a commission on their sales.

Job Description:
- Manage Life Insurance sales goal achievement through:
- Recruiting agents
- Training and developing agents on commission basis.
- Supervise the activity plan of all agents to ensure these are being fulfilled as per the desired levels.
- The role of team manager.
- Help them achieve maximum business.
Candidate Profile :
- Channel : Agency Channel.
- Pay Roll : On Roll.
- Experience : Minimum 2 Years experience required in field sales and marketing.
- CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentive + Other Benefits (Defer as Per your Interview).
- Qualification : Mini. Graduation is Compulsory.
