We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Unit Sales Manager to lead and manage sales operations within a designated unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies to drive sales growth, lead a high-performing team, and ensure customer satisfaction while achieving company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve unit sales targets.

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights for improvements.

- Establish strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.

- Train and motivate team members to improve their skills and performance.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

- Proven experience in sales, with at least -5 years in BFSI.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

- Results-oriented with a focus on driving growth and meeting sales targets.
