Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Functions and Accountabilities :
- Oversees the territory's yearly and quarterly revenue.
- In charge of reaching market share goals
- Find, create, and seize fresh, strategic sales possibilities
- Compile market intelligence data about rivals, costs, available products, and market share.
- To evaluate each headquarters' performance using data from the Field Force Reporting Software and, if necessary, take remedial action
- To oversee and administer the hospital and detailer network and guarantee that every client receives efficient services.
- To determine and assess various channel prospects for various markets
- Effectively monitor and manage the sales process to ensure timely documentation and efficient sales closing within the designated time limit.

Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
