Job Description :
- Responsible for Sales of Insurance products via the partnered Bank Branch
- Co-ordinate with the Bank Branch Head and Bank Branch Relationship Managers to sell the insurance to existing customers of bank and new customers to bank
- Customer service - address walk in customers issues
- You will be located at the Bank Branch for sales, You have to visit customer as &when needed for sales and be at sales events as and when needed
- Ensuring that customers get world-class services, and their needs are understood and met through Insurance products that the Insurance company has to offer
- Deepening of existing relationships and ensure retention of customers
- Generate referrals from internal database
- Consistently meet portfolio objectives defined by Viz. sales, income, group product holding, etc.
- Responsible for achieving the Individual targets assigned to You
- Generate and Review Reports for monthly targets achieved or not met by You
Candidate Requirement :
Age : 24 to 38 Years
- Qualification required
- Problem solving skill
- Excellent communication skill
