Role: Unit Sales Manager
Objective: Find new business prospects, manage and develop a sales force, and assist in the company's growth. One of a firm's most important employees is the business development manager (BDM), who finds new business prospects and creates plans to expand the company.
Key Responsibilities :
- To increase revenue and business, set goals and make plans.
- To seek new markets, conduct research and put strategy into action.
- Determine which markets have prospective customers.
- Track down leads and assist them in the sales process.
- Establish goals as a team and create strategies to reach them.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree or equivalent.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in field sales and marketing.
- Age between 21 and 38 years.
- Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
