Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Functions and Accountabilities:
- Create and implement sales strategy to meet objectives and increase market share.
- Find possible distributors and dealers and get in touch with them to build enduring relationships.
- Maintain and oversee current distributor and dealer accounts to guarantee client loyalty and satisfaction.
- Assist dealers and distributors in closing sales by offering them technical and commercial support.
- Make frequent visits and meetings with important clients to learn about their needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Provide comprehensive technical knowledge and experience for each and every product offered.
- Hold training sessions, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- To create new business prospects in line with the sales strategy both with existing and potential customers.
- To maintain client retention by making sure that continuing expectations are satisfied.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
